THE ADVANTAGES OF UFAD

• The air transport plenum is the under-floor
• The system is at low air pressure and therefore less energy and noise for transport
• The air is introduced into the environment in the occupied zone near floor level
• Increased supply air temperature in conditioning
• It allows the thermal control by the occupants
• The stratification, adequately controlled, leads to the reduction of energy required, while maintaining a high level of comfort
• Reduction of the thermal sensible loads
• Access plan that improves flexibility and re-configurability

Thanks to a lower cost of the UFAD system, and to the undoubted energy savings,

traditional systems find less and less applicability.
